Shipping Information

Processing Time: Each handmade or made-to-order item typically ships within 5–10 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Shipping Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect shipping information.

Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ship on time, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control (such as weather or postal service disruptions).
Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Final: Because our products are handmade and/or custom made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Digital Products: All digital downloads are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of these items.
